dhokha:my take

Dhokha as a film deals with hindu muslims relation in india(with a hidden noble message that both green and saffron are the part of tri-colour and without them it is incompleate) as well as it distinguishes between good and terrorist muslims.
Plot begins with Zaid ahmed khan who is an honest a.c.p (who in his past aspired to be a singer as well had an ex-flame) is happy in his relationship with his wife saara untill he discovered his wife passed away in a terrorist bomb explosion after in shocking turn of event his wife is accused of being suicide bomber and killing 20 other innocents from the results of interrogation which he refuses to beleive as he has always known his wife as noble soul .He faces the public anger but refused to quit in his resolve untill he founds his wife was indeed a zihadi that begins his journey to start discovering about this hidden side of his wife and the reasons for her to take this path,on his way he found out the humiliation as well as the explotation of muslims(with refrence of kashmir and jihadi groups) as well as what the phyche of a suicide bomber is .How he handles these group and changes the mindset of his wifes younger brother to prevent another fidayeen attack is the main plot here. Its a brave subject and is certainly the best project that has come out of bhatt camp for a long while with a powerful script.Muzzamil Ibrahim does the great job for a newcomer and has a powerful screen presence along with dam good physique and looks an exciting talent .Tulip Joshi looks cute and is mostly used in picture frame with not a bigger role, other actress is simply a let down and is mostly used as glam quotient ,music is refreshing with some good soundtracks.
Gulshan grover excels ,ashutosh rana emerges nasty in just couple of frames compared to aawarapan, anupam kher provides the natural touch to his role. This is certainly one of the best products of bhatts and is simply the best for pooja overall a powerful movie with a powerful subject
