Reservation:my take

As usual mr. ramdoss is quite bullish on providing 27% reservation in A.I.I.MS , a precedence has been set which may repeat now in I.I.T and I.I.M and in future it may cover some of private and government colleges as well .

Well fact of the matter is these so called guardians of social justice are themselves ignoring the social set up of the india:

1) Well why is the caste or religion a necessary criteria in giving reservation why not economic status , even in the case of this 27% reservation most of the creamy layer in the s.c and s.t will exploit this and those who need them badly even in lower caste will be ignored , thats where economic status comes into play apart from real poor people in lower caste large number of ignored generals as well as minority are in deplorable condition

2)If government is so serious about social justice they should try to expand the government school and more money should be spend there to increase the facilities there as this is the platform to attract poor with negligible fee and sometime free meal because the truth is large number of young poor students hardly continue their schooling period

3)Rservation in premier student will it not kill talent , these young student slog it out day and night to enter into these premier colleges , an excuse of increase of seat has come into play , will it not affect the moral of those who did not get through , atmosphere inside these colleges to is competative where u have to enhance ur skill chances are those who entered here WITH RESERVATION will find the it difficult to survive or may take it longer duration to atleast come on par with others is it not waste of resources?(specially in these institutes who had build their brand with quality)

4)Instead of reservation why not a genral and more defined scholarship program for poor is acceptable just because it will not increase ur votes what more can u except from these political parties who now themselves are doing their politics on caste and religion
